Lifetime Warranty
At AMICE, we are proud of the quality and durability of our products. That is why we offer a lifetime warranty on all our suitcases. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Our lifetime warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Structural defects arising during production
- Defects in closures and hinges during normal use
- Structural problems with the frame or casing
- Irregularities in finish that affect functionality
- Detaching parts due to manufacturing defects
- Material weakness not resulting from wear and tear
- Technical defects occurring with correct use
What does the lifetime warranty not cover?
Our lifetime warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Normal wear and tear (such as scratches, scuffs, dents, and discoloration)
- Misuse, improper use, or neglect of the product
- Damage caused by third parties, such as airlines or other carriers
- Alterations or repairs carried out by third parties not approved by AMICE
- Loss or theft of the product
How to claim the warranty?
Should you experience a problem with your AMICE suitcase, please follow these steps to claim the warranty:
- Contact our customer service via info@amicetravel.nl.
- Describe the problem and, if possible, attach photos of the damage.
- Our team will assess the warranty claim and provide you with further instructions for sending your suitcase for repair or replacement.
Assessment and handling
Upon receipt of your suitcase, our team will inspect the product to determine the cause of the problem. If the problem is covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. In cases where the damage is not covered by the warranty, we will inform you of the possible repair costs.

Refunds and exchanges
