1. General

These general terms and conditions apply to all products and services offered by AMICE via the website www.amicetravel.nl By placing an order, you agree to the content of these conditions.

2. Orders and Agreements

An agreement is concluded when the customer has placed an order via the website and it has been confirmed by AMICE. AMICE reserves the right to refuse orders or request additional information before an order is accepted.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices stated on the website include VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Payment must be made via the payment methods offered by AMICE. If a payment is refused or reversed, the order will be cancelled.

4. Delivery

AMICE strives to deliver orders as quickly as possible. The delivery time depends on the availability of the product and the chosen shipping option. However, delays may occur. AMICE cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from delays in delivery.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Buyers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the products, without giving reasons. The buyer is responsible for the return costs. The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the return shipment.

6. Warranty

AMICE products are covered by the statutory warranty. This means that the product meets the reasonable expectations that the consumer may have. If a product is defective, AMICE will repair or replace it free of charge, provided the defect falls within the warranty period and is not the result of improper use.

7. Complaints

Any complaints can be reported by e-mail via info@amicetravel.nl. AMICE strives to provide a suitable solution within 14 days.

8. Liability

AMICE is not liable for damage resulting from the use of the products, unless there is intent or gross negligence. In case of force majeure, AMICE is entitled to dissolve the agreement without any compensation for damages.

9. Privacy

Customer personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. For more information, please consult the privacy statement on our website.

10. Applicable Law

All agreements and disputes between AMICE and the customer are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
