Shipping & Returns

What is the delivery time of my order?

We do our utmost to deliver your order within 1 to 2 working days. If you place your order before 10 PM, you can expect it to be delivered the day after tomorrow.

Which delivery service will my order be shipped with?

Our packages are shipped via our logistics partner PostNL. Once your order has been handed over, you will receive a Track & Trace code with which you can easily follow the shipment via the PostNL dashboard.

Is it possible to return an order?

Yes, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure the package is posted within this period, and we will gladly arrange the return for you.

Are returns offered free of charge?

No, we do not offer free returns. The cost of returning items is at your own expense. You are free to use a delivery service of your choice to return your package.
